Hours Form
This will help you to record any activity you may do as a FSW volunteer. This should be kept up to date and sent to David Dickson, the Volunteer Co-ordinator.

Feedback Form
This is an opportunity for you to let us know how things are going – what’s good, what’s not and why. We will take your comments seriously, and will follow them up with you if needed.

Health and Safety
The health and safety of volunteers is of prime importance to FSW. We have a duty of care to ensure that you are safe. These guidelines tell you what you should expect in terms of health and safety, as well as what you should take responsibility for yourself.
